The 80th Floor
This project was prompted by recent thoughts of escaping life the city; part road trip it is a poetic journey to the coast recording chance moments along the way, in particular those evoking memories of past holidays. Tangentially it comes at a time when I am considering moving away from film capture so I have used this as an opportunity to expose my shift in working methods from analogue to digital.
The title is taken from the song Im Achtzigsten Stockwerk by Hildegard Knef
